Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager at RicRac, located in Qesm El Obour. The Factory Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, managing production schedules, and ensuring optimal use of resources. Responsibilities also include maintaining quality control standards, supervising manufacturing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet production targets. The role involves collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in manufacturing practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Management
- Skills in Quality Control and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Operations and Manufacturing Operations Management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Obour and manage factory environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in similar manufacturing or production roles is a strong advantage
