Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager in the Food & Beverage industry, located in 6 October. The Factory Manager will oversee daily operations, including production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities will include ensuring operational efficiency, managing production staff, and implementing safety and compliance standards. The role requires a proactive approach to optimizing processes and meeting production targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the Food & Beverage sector is a Must
  • Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Experience in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
