Responbilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Present and promote products to customers in a clear and professional way.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer needs to close deals effectively.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, sales activities, and market feedback.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle any issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotions and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in sales (preferably in outdoor sales).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus (based on your company needs).
