Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outdoor Sales Representative at Misr Life Insurance – Takaful. The role involves acquiring, maintaining, and growing client relationships through sales activities, conducting customer needs assessments, and presenting tailored insurance solutions. The position requires regular meetings with clients, on-site and in-person engagements, and periodic work-from-home arrangements. The role is based in Qesm El Maadi and includes contributing to overall sales targets while upholding the company's standards and principles.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management expertise, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
  • Proficiency in collaboration, time management, and problem-solving
  • High level of motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in insurance or financial services will be an advantage
