Job Summary

The HR Operations Lead is responsible for managing and supervising all HR operational activities, including payroll, employee benefits, social and labor insurance compliance, and HR systems administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the HR operations team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and continuous system enhancement.
  • Handle communications and documentation with labor and social insurance offices to ensure full compliance.
  • Administer and manage employee medical insurance programs, including coordination with vendors and claims resolution.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide employees with guidance regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
  • Prepare and review HR operational reports and internal audits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of HR operations experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
  • Proven experience managing employee benefits and medical insurance.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus.
