As the Human Resources Director for a leading manufacturing company based in Egypt, you will oversee the full HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across the business. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, strengthening culture, and building a high-performing workforce that supports long-term growth.

This is a senior leadership role ideal for a strategic, people-focused HR professional who can elevate HR operations, lead transformation initiatives, and support the company's evolving organizational needs.

You will lead all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning.

Your experience in HR leadership, manufacturing operations, and organizational development will be essential in driving employee engagement, building effective processes, and supporting the company's long-term success.
