We are looking for an experienced HR leader capable of managing a diverse organization and driving alignment between top management vision and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee and lead three main departments:


• Drivers Affairs


• Facilities Management


• Human Resources


• Supervise all HR operations, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and succession planning for both blue-collar and white-collar staff.


• Ensure all company policies and procedures are properly developed, implemented, and maintained.


• Lead the implementation of ISO and compliance practices across HR and operational departments.


• Maintain and continuously update the organizational structure to reflect business needs and growth.


• Partner closely with top management to ensure the company's strategic vision is effectively communicated and cascaded throughout all levels.


• Foster a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values and drives employee engagement.

Requirements:


• Proven experience as an HR Director or Senior HR Leader in a mid-to-large organization.


• Strong background in managing blue-collar workforce environments.


• Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law, HR best practices, and ISO standards.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.


• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
