Job Title: Personal Assistant to sales manager

Location: Heliopolis – Cairo, Egypt

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the calendar, appointments, and meetings of senior management.

Follow up and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure deadlines and tasks are met.

Extract and compile data from the CRM system and perform data analysis.

Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, charts) to track performance and activities.

Draft and format documents, reports, and presentations using MS Word and Excel.

Arrange meetings, scheduling, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Communicate effectively with different departments and provide daily administrative support.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (especially Pivot Tables & formulas).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Good command of English (courses or certifications are a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
