Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site jewelry sales associate position located in Heliopolis. The associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the showroom, and staying updated on product knowledge to provide professional advice.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in Customer Service, with an emphasis on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing the Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Retail Sales, with a focus on achieving sales goals
  • Passion for the jewelry industry and commitment to understanding product details
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain a visually appealing showroom
  • A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-orientated environment
  • Prior experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is a plus
