Yomn is a new breed of consultancy dedicated to social impact, economic development, and innovation. Our ultimate goal is to improve people's lives - including, but not limited to, health, climate change, education, women empowerment, sustainable tourism, arts & culture, etc. With three offices located in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and over 30 employees, we engage with prestigious government agencies, corporations, NGOs, and non-profit organizations. We help these clients understand what their stakeholders' social needs are and execute effective initiatives that address those.

Who are we looking for?


•We are looking for a Senior Marketing & Creative Communications Consultant (9–14 years of experience) with a passion for crafting clear, compelling messages that drive social impact.


•In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing and activation campaigns.


•An ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to guide creative direction while also ensuring execution excellence.


•You bring a well-rounded background in branding, campaign strategy, outreach, and channel management (social media, websites, print, PR, and traditional media).


•You are skilled in storytelling and content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video development.


•You are fluent in modern marketing tools and analytics platforms (like Google Analytics and HubSpot), and you understand how to tailor content to engage different audience segments effectively.


•You have led teams, managed client relationships, and delivered results under tight timelines and budgets.


•You're both creative and analytical, and above all, you know how to get things done.


•Ideally, you also love the idea of working in a startup: you thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and are excited about using your skills to help improve lives and communities

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the delivery of client-facing marketing and communications projects, including events, awareness campaigns, and product/service launches. Your responsibilities will be diverse and dynamic, typically divided across the following areas:

1)
Campaign Strategy & Planning (10%):
Conduct research, develop insights, and shape strategic concepts for marketing and outreach campaigns

2)
Content creation & Creative Oversight (20%):
Lead the end-to-end content creation process—guiding art direction, copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production

3)
Campaign management/PM (40%):
Manage multi-channel campaigns from start to finish. Oversee timelines, resources, budgets, performance tracking, and optimization.

4)
Account Management (20%):
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, manage feedback loops, deliver reports, and identify opportunities for account growth.

5)
Team Leadership & Mentorship(10%):
Support and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work culture.

This is a
generalist role
—no two days will be the same. One day, you might support a corporation in launching a new website, the next, you could be working with a government ministry to roll out a nationwide campaign promoting healthier lifestyles

Must-have Requirements:


•9–14 years of client-facing experience in marketing, communications, branding, or a related field


•Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)


•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline


•Based in Cairo, Egypt
