Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist to provide comprehensive functional support and drive continuous improvement within our D365 F&O environment. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, and Production.

You will be the primary point of contact for end-users, responsible for troubleshooting issues, analyzing process gaps, and implementing effective system solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong functional knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily functional support and troubleshooting for D365 F&O end-users, resolving incidents related to Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Production, and Supply Chain modules with minimal business disruption.
  • Analyze business process gaps and collaborate with stakeholders to propose and configure effective solutions within D365 F&O.
  • Manage system configurations, including parameter setups, user security roles, and workflow maintenance.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to escalate, track, and test advanced issues and customizations.
  • Participate in key project phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and the deployment of new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of master data and system integrity in compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), functional specifications, and user training guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve system adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to promote and ensure best-practice utilization of the D365 F&O system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a functional support or consulting role for MS Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012.
  • Strong functional knowledge of key business cycles: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory Management, and Production Control.
  • Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) for environment management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex system concepts to non-technical users effectively.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a significant advantage.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience within the Manufacturing, FMCG, or Food & Beverage industries is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • A solid understanding of process mapping, IT change management procedures, and system controls.
