Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager located in Qesm El Maadi. The Project Manager will oversee expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management activities on a daily basis to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

  • Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

  • Build Projects' plans even in the Presales phase, and then upgrade it into the final detailed project plan after contracting.

  • Initialize work plan and staffing for project phases and assign of project personnel.

  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements.

  • Prepare status reports modified schedules or plans as required.

  • Manage assigned projects carefully, with a clear objective to minimize costs while not affecting expected quality.

  • Follow up on the project plan, updating the plan regularly with actual and maintaining status reports and deliverables.

  • Ensure the successful implementation of the projects within the project time frame.

  • Monitor project costs and revenues.

  • Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.

  • Predict and alert for any expected stoppers and provide a plan for suggested scenarios to overcome such stoppers, these suggested plans should include its effect on the total project in terms of cost, resources, and time.

  • Maintaining customers relation and satisfaction during the project duration.

Job Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in ERP application implementation, at least 2 years in project management.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • Preferred Project Management Certificate.
  • High organizational and managerial skills, ability to work abroad.
  • ERP experience preferred in Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong communication and Reporting skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Project Management expertise
  • Logistics Management proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
