Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and gather requirements.


• Design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or Customer Engagement).


• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and business rules to align with organizational needs.


• Manage data migration, system integration, and testing activities.


• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation.


• Work with developers on technical customizations, plugins, and integrations.


• Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.


• Participate in post-go-live support and continuous system improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.


• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP or CRM).


• Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, sales, or customer service.


• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 configuration (workflows, entities, dashboards, Power Platform, etc.).


• Experience with data migration tools (KingswaySoft, Data Management Framework, etc.).


• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure is a plus.


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
