About The Role
We are seeking a
Sales Account Manager with hands-on experience in software solution sales
, preferably with exposure to
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM
or other business applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about consultative selling, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, product presentations, customer needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare tailored demos and solutions proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, licensing models, and value propositions to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate sales pipeline forecasts, reports, and account plans.
  • Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and conferences as a representative of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in software solution sales (preferably ERP, CRM, or SaaS).
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM, or business applications is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and ability to manage mid to large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into business solutions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
