Role Description — IT Administrator (ERP – Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Own the day-to-day administration and performance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
while handling core IT operations across head office and retail stores. The role spans ERP user/roles management, incident troubleshooting and routine D365 tasks, together with
networking, infrastructure monitoring
, and
end-user support
. You will design and secure the internal network, administer Windows Server/Active Directory and Group Policy, monitor switches/routers/firewalls and UPS, support stores' cameras/NVR, and lead device roll-outs for new openings and de-installs during store closures. You'll also manage software deployment, backups (OneDrive), and the PO cycle for devices.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years
    in IT administration across ERP + infrastructure (retail environment is a plus).
  • Hands-on with
    Microsoft Dynamics 365
    (admin/support, user management, roles/security, basic reporting; familiarity with Commerce/Finance/BC is a plus).
  • Strong
    Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
    administration.
  • Solid
    networking
    fundamentals: LAN/VLAN/Subnetting, Firewall/Proxy; basic switch/router configuration; experience with monitoring tools.
  • Experience with
    UPS/power monitoring
    and
    CCTV/NVR
    systems.
  • Proven
    end-user support
    (printers, email—preferably M365/Exchange, software, cameras) and
    backup & recovery
    (OneDrive/M365).
  • Experience opening/closing stores, device roll-outs, asset tracking, and
    PO/device lifecycle
    .
  • Good documentation & communication (Arabic & English).
  • Nice to have:
    PowerShell automation, Intune/Endpoint management, basic SQL/Power BI.
  • Education/Certs:
    BSc in CS/IT/IS (or related). Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g.,
    Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
    ,

    Azure/Entra
    ) are a plus.
