For our client in the Retail Electronics sector specializing in Security Cameras and Electrical Devices, operating across Cairo , We are hiring

Sales Supervisor

Sales Account Manager

Working Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 8hours/day

Working Days: 5 Days/ Week

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct field visits to prospect, pitch, and close B2C/B2B sales across assigned routes.

* Achieve monthly & quarterly targets; track pipeline, conversion rate, and collection KPIs.

* Promote and sell CCTV systems, electronic devices, and related accessories.

* Build and maintain a high-quality client database; follow up on leads and renewals.

* Coordinate with Warehouse & Operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.

* Monitor market activity and competitors; share feedback to improve offers and pricing.

Job Requirements:

* 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in electronics / security systems).

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.
