Role Description
The Sales Supervisor role at OPPO is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, including supervising and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing training to team members to enhance their skills. The role also involves analyzing sales data and market trends to support decision-making and optimize sales strategies.

- Proficient in Team Management and Training to lead, motivate, and develop the sales team effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to foster positive client relationships and address customer needs.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales management or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
