Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor, located in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and monitor performance to meet and exceed sales targets. The role involves fostering a positive team environment, providing training and guidance to team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Supervisor will also analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, while maintaining strong communication with both the sales team and upper management.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance and market trends
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a sales team
- Proficiency in sales tools and technology is a plus
- Experience in a supervisory sales role or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
