Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Supervisor, located in El maadi - Cairo.

The Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and performance of the furniture retail showroom, manage the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training and mentoring staff, addressing customer needs, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining store standards. The role also involves resolving customer concerns and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in
    furniture
    retail is a
    must
  • Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, with experience leading and coaching retail teams
  • Strong Retail Sales expertise and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail management or a relevant field is preferred
