Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Supervisor, located on-site in New Cairo. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing and training sales staff, monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve sales. The Sales Supervisor will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Analytical skills to analyze sales data and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales team
  • Experience in sales supervision or management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,or a related field
