Training Organization Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Organizational Development Manager position will support the ongoing development and management of iQor's career and leadership development programs, managing new projects and initiatives, creating dashboards and tracking systems based on deliverables as they relate to our programs. Additionally, this position will require a level of prior coaching experience and support program development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operational Directors, Senior Managers and Supervisors to assess organizational development training needs.
- Attend operational management meetings as needed to provide developmental feedback and action plans.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with subject matter experts regarding curriculum and instructional design.
- Provide coaching support and ongoing development for career coaches for OD programs.
- Support related initiatives as they align to the internal training programs.
- Review learning progress, and survey results in order to take action when needed.
- Help streamline reporting and tracking functions for internal training programs as they relate to career pathing.
- Ensure that all leaders complete their corporate training requirements based on position and yearly refreshers.
- Conduct ongoing training and workshops in order to develop individuals and leaders.
- Help to identify and develop new training opportunities and action plans.
- Continually evaluate training progress and training procedures to monitor and analyze course effectiveness and update curriculums as needed.
- Address coaching issues as they surface either through internal tracking or employee surveys.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Director of Career and Leadership Development.
Skills Requirements:
- This position will require an individual who has a coaching and/or training background.
- Three years of training and or organizational development experience, and at least one year of management experience.
- Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- Must be able to maintain patience and a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creative problem solver.
- Self-driven, a stickler for details and a fast study who can solve problems and apply their knowledge to operational excellence.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in training, HR and/or leadership/organizational development preferred. CPLP credential a plus. Executive Coaching Certification preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential, preferred (or equivalent based on Geo).
