Role Overview

The
Innovation & Development Assistant Manager
will play a key role in supporting strategic innovation initiatives, product development, and process improvement across the organization. The role requires a proactive, analytical, and creative individual who can bridge the gap between strategy, design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation and development initiatives.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in real estate, proptech, sustainability, and smart city concepts.
  • Assist in developing new project concepts, feasibility studies, and market positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Construction, Sales, Operations, and Marketing) to drive innovation projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies and digital tools (BIM, CRM, ERP, VR/AR, etc.).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Coordinate with external partners, consultants, and startups to explore potential collaborations.
  • Monitor project progress and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and measurable impact.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning.
  • 5–7 years of experience in
    real estate development, innovation, project management, or strategy
    .
  • Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation, sustainability, and innovation methodologies (e.g., design thinking).
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities in both
    Arabic and English
    .
  • High level of initiative, creativity, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
