Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, training staff, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining store presentation standards. The Assistant Manager will also play a key role in implementing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Store Operations Management, Inventory Management, and Staff Coordination skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in training and development of staff
  • Ability to meet sales targets and perform well under pressure
  • Proficiency in retail software and computer skills
  • Relevant management experience in retail is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
