Responsibilities

• Create optimized offers (OIP) and prepare customer-facing proposals.
• Work with Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) and other vendor platforms (Fortinet, Palo Alto, trellix,F5 ….)to develop solutions and quotations.
• Develop security architectures and designs for enterprise and datacenter projects.
• Translate business and technical requirements into cybersecurity solutions that meet customer objectives.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Material (BoM) aligned with client requirements.
• Draft and deliver professional technical proposals, including solution descriptions, scopes of work, and Visio-based architecture diagrams.
• Support sales team by preparing quotations, technical responses to RFPs, and detailed tender submissions.
• Conduct customer presentations and workshops, explaining technical components of network security and cybersecurity solutions.
• Provide High-Level Designs (HLDs) for network security and cybersecurity solutions.
• Analyze technical challenges, recommend solutions, and follow up until successful order submission.
• Work closely with presales colleagues and technical teams in transferring knowledge, gather requirements, validate designs, and create documentation and tools to support solution delivery.
• Design and propose secure, cost-effective network and cybersecurity infrastructures, including upgrades to legacy systems using the latest technologies.
• Stay up to date with Cisco Security portfolio and leading cybersecurity vendors' products (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5 …).
• Identify and translate customer's security and compliance requirements (e.g., Zero Trust, NIST, ISO into actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of proven experience as a network Security and Cybersecurity Presales Engineer.

· Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection (IDS/IPS), VPNs, EDR, XDR, and SIEM solutions.

· Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), data loss prevention (DLP), and cloud security solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP security controls).

· Hands-on experience with designing and integrating security solutions into enterprise and cloud environments.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and customer presentation abilities.

· Relevant certifications such as Cisco Security (CCNP Security, CCIE Security), Palo Alto (PCNSE), Fortinet NSE, Check Point CCSA/CCSE, or equivalent.

· Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices

· Good relationship with vendors and Disti's
