Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management and team leadership
  • Experience in operations or a similar leadership role within BPO industry (offshore accounts)
  • Strong bilingual communication skills (fluent in English and another relevant language)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
