Now Hiring: Manager – Spare Parts & Wholesale
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Company: Dokkan Auto Group
Dokkan Auto Group — one of Egypt's leading independent automotive service networks — is looking for an experienced Spare Parts & Wholesale Manager to oversee inventory, warehouse operations, and wholesale distribution across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and materials across all branches.
Develop and implement effective stock control systems and procedures to support workshop and wholesale operations.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive parts, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance.
Plan and ensure timely stock replenishment to meet workshop demand and wholesale client needs.
Manage stock setup, forecasting, and availability for newly introduced brands.
Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to secure quality parts and negotiate favorable pricing and lead times.
Lead, train, and evaluate the warehouse team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor wholesale stock movements, sales trends, and inventory turnover to optimize cost and availability.
Generate and present inventory performance, discrepancy, and forecast reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
Strong understanding of automotive spare parts and wholesale processes.
Ability to work in warehouse environments and perform physical inspections when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
