Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an Automotive Spare Parts Engineering Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading the engineering team in the design, development, and testing of automotive spare parts. Daily tasks include overseeing various engineering projects, managing timelines, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with other departments to align objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive engineering, spare parts design, and product testing
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good communication and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
