Role Purpose

Join our internal HR team to support OD projects, enhance performance processes, improve HR frameworks, and elevate people experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support OD initiatives and internal improvement projects
  • Assist in performance management and KPI development
  • Maintain job descriptions and career path frameworks
  • Coordinate internal training and track learning progress
  • Participate in engagement and change management activities
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports
  • Support HR policies and procedures improvement


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years HR experience (OD experience preferred)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
