G Developments is seeking a People & Talent Coordinator.

The role focuses on supporting the company's talent acquisition activities to ensure the attraction and hiring of top talent across the organization. The People & Talent Coordinator will assist with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and communication with managers while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates for open positions across all departments.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support job postings and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assist with offer letters, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, people operations, or recruitment support.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a MUST.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in real estate or large-scale organizations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

Sunday to Thursday
