Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT Specialist role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining network infrastructure, addressing technical issues, ensuring network and system security, and providing technical support to internal teams. The role also involves troubleshooting, optimizing system performance, and delivering reliable technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to respond promptly to user needs
  • Hands-on experience with IT systems, hardware, and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Experience with managing IT systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
