The
Sales Account Manager – IT Services
is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client accounts, and promoting the company's IT service offerings. This role requires a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver tailored proposals that meet client needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional who can manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
Job Description:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and drive growth within the IT services sector.
· Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
· Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and client engagement to proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
· Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to demonstrate

, effectively communicating how our solutions address their business challenges.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT service solutions.
· Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and consistent follow-up for client retention.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical departments, to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and ensure smooth service delivery.
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts through CRM tools.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with the company's business objectives.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, such as software implementation, managed services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
. Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
. Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
