Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly
dynamic and innovative Fintech Product Manager
to join our team in Egypt. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for key digital financial products and services, driving innovation in health benefits and payment solutions. This role requires a blend of
product management rigor, strategic financial thinking, and a passion for disrupting the health tech space
, and enhancing our financial product value proposition for both consumers and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the product roadmap
    for Vezeeta's embedded financial products and health benefit solutions, aligning it with Vezeeta's overall business and monetization goals.
  • Continuously monitor
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    such as activation rates, churn, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), and lifetime value (LTV), making data-driven adjustments to product plans.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Engineering, Design (UX/UI), and Compliance teams
    to enhance platform scalability, functionality, and regulatory adherence.
  • Enhance Value Propositions
    by identifying and launching innovative features for our core products (like
    Shamel plans
    ), ensuring they drive customer satisfaction, business value, and financial inclusion.
  • Conduct deep analysis of user transactional data, usage patterns, and financial segment behaviors
    to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy and personalized feature development.
  • Develop and execute compelling
    Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
    for new financial products and features, coordinating communication and training across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful commercialization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience (1 to 3 years)
    in a
    Product Management role
    , with a strong preference for experience within the
    Fintech, InsurTech, or payments sector.
  • Ability to
    develop financial models, pricing strategies, and business cases
    for digital products.
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    and proficiency in using data tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude) to interpret financial and behavioral data for product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A
    deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle
    and agile methodologies.
  • Preferable:
    Domain knowledge or prior experience in the
    Health Tech/Health Benefits
    industry in Egypt.
