Role Overview:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets, expanding customer accounts, and ensuring the proper execution of sales strategies within the assigned territory. This role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills, market awareness, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while driving team performance in the fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve set sales targets, objectives, and KPIs.
• Responsible for ensuring the correct visibility of products in account outlets.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper availability of products in account outlets.
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
• Build strong and ongoing relationships with existing customers.
• Report Sales performance regularly.
• Work closely and effectively with the merchandising marketing team.
• Researching competitors' products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Requirement:
•
Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years or more of proven work experience as FMCG sales representative especially.
• Proven experience at Key Account (Modern Trade Sector) Foods and Beverages.
• Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal, presentable, and problem-solving.
• Good command of English.
• Details-oriented and organizational skills.
