BTECH, one of Egypt's leading omnichannel retailers for consumer electronics and home appliances, is seeking an Internal Communication Lead to join their growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the company's message is conveyed both internally to employees, and externally to customers and partners in an effective and consistent manner. The successful candidate will be working alongside cross-functional teams, managing communications strategies and coordinating content creation for various channels such as social media, email, and internal newsletters.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and values.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of the company's internal communications material across various channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communications and provide feedback on content quality.
  • Write and edit internal communications material such as leadership memos, newsletters, and other company-wide communications
  • Develop engaging content for the company's intranet and other internal platforms.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently on multiple projects, as well as managing a team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications campaigns.

Requirements

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in internal communication..
  • Experience in managing communications across multiple channels including social media, email, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on error-free written and verbal communications.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
