Role Description
The B2B Business Development Specialist is a full-time hybrid role, primarily based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility for partial remote work. This professional will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include market research, lead generation, fostering partnerships, delivering compelling presentations, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Identifying and generating B2B sales leads
Performing market research
Analyzing market trends
Developing strategies to drive business growth
Maintaining strong communication channels with clients and prospects
Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in BPO or outsourcing field
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
Required Skills
Effective Communication skills for maintaining client relationships and internal collaboration
Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
