Oversee and manage all accounting operations within the industrial division, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cost accounting.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data, producing financial reports and recommendations for management decision-making.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and operations, to support business objectives and optimize financial performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the industrial sector.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, implementing best practices in accounting and financial management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 year of experience in accounting, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environmen
  • t.Proven ability to manage accounting operations and supervise junior staf
  • f.Strong understanding of cost accounting, financial reporting, and internal control
  • s.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detai
  • l.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Exce
