Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Amzolute أمزولوت, located in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. The Account Manager will handle day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing strategic account plans, resolving any issues, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the Account Manager will track account metrics, prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Qualifications
- Strong client relations skills and experience in managing client accounts.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and execute them effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with tracking account metrics and preparing reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Work with Design, PPC, and Operations teams to maintain retail readiness and support account objectives.
- Proficiency with account management tools (Seller board, Helium10, Jungle Scot, etc..)
- Reporting & Insights: Deliver structured, data-driven reports to internal leadership and external clients, highlighting performance, risks, and actionable next steps.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within the industry is an advantage.
