Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
- Develop clear briefs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all client activities.
- Support in building monthly calendars, strategies, and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum
3 years of experience
as an Account Manager (preferably in a creative or marketing agency). - Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude.
