Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role located in Abu Rawash industrial zone. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing order processes, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves identifying business opportunities, resolving client concerns, and consistently aiming to meet sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven ability in account management, sales, and business development
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Adaptability to handle customized orders, including design and style changes
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for account management
  • Understanding of sportswear and apparel industry trends is a plus
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a goal-oriented approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
