Job Summary:

The IT Help Desk Specialist is the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues. This role is responsible for providing timely and effective support for hardware, software, networks, and IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and high user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up and configure new user accounts, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
  • Manage access rights, passwords, and IT security permissions.
  • Install, update, and maintain software applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or similar role.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
