Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Cairo, Egypt. The HR Business Partner will handle day-to-day tasks including developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management initiatives. The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to management and provide guidance to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Experience in Employee Relations and labor-related matters
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
