We're Hiring | Franchisee Development Manager
Key Responsibilities :
- Franchise Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and execute franchisee recruitment plans aligned with company strategy; set clear performance targets and ensure achievement of franchise expansion goals.
- Lead Generation & Client Management:
Identify and engage potential franchise partners through multiple channels; maintain a structured and updated client database with complete communication and follow-up records.
- Franchise Events & Client Engagement:
Plan and lead franchise roadshows, info sessions, and promotional events; engage prospects, provide consultations, and support the full process from negotiation to contract signing and deposit collection.
- Store Launch Coordination:
Oversee pre-opening preparations and handover processes to ensure timely and successful store openings for new franchise partners.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements :
-Associate's degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in chain store development and franchise recruitment.
-Candidates with existing client resources are preferred.
-Ability to master product knowledge, recruitment processes, and techniques through training.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with keen market insight.
-Willingness to travel occasionally.
Job Details:
Location: 6th of October City – Industrial Zone
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Day Off: Friday
Transportation: Provided from the nearest pickup point
