Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Associate based in Giza. The role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Responsibilities include identifying and troubleshooting technical problems, managing and maintaining network systems, supporting staff with IT-related concerns, and implementing basic network security measures. The role also requires thorough communication with users to ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security
  • Strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Service
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
