Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Giza for an Information Technology Help Desk professional. The IT Help Desk role involves providing technical support to users, troubleshooting technical issues, managing network administration, and ensuring network security. The candidate will interact with users in providing exceptional customer service and resolving IT-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Security skills
  • Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and on-site
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
