Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Information Technology Help Desk role located in Sawhāj at Abdin Pharmacies. The Help Desk personnel will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service to resolve IT issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Information Technology skills
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Network Security knowledge
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or network administration are advantageous
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
