Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in 6th of October. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and supporting the overall recruitment strategy. The role involves identifying and attracting top talent, coordinating training programs, and ensuring effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to coordinate and conduct Training programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
