Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Receiving, reviewing, and organizing export/import shipping documents.


• Preparing shipment declarations, obtaining, and evaluating freight quotations from forwarders.


• Preparing and verifying customs documents and any required paperwork for the client.


• Monitoring shipment status and ensuring timely delivery by following up at all stages.


• Overseeing the loading process, receiving and inspecting goods, and handing them over to the customs broker for exports.


• Coordinating with customs brokers and reviewing and validating customs documents.


• Receiving, reviewing, and processing shipping cost invoices and claims from freight forwarders, and following up on their payment.


• Providing regular reports and updates on export/import shipments to ensure smooth operations.


• Maintaining a comprehensive archive for all shipments, including electronic copies of all relevant documents.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Logistics or Export/Import Shipping .
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Resident of Giza or nearby areas is preferred.
