Role Overview

To lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies that attract, assess, and onboard top talent across diverse functions and regions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and employer branding initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various roles (technical, operational, administrative)
  • Manage job postings across platforms and optimize visibility and cost-effectiveness
  • Screen resumes and coordinate assessments with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal documentation standards
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation collection
  • Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Track recruitment KPIs and prepare periodic reports for leadership

Job Requirements:


•
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field


• 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination


• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and international hiring practices


• Proficiency in English language.


• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Bayt, Wuzzuf)


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously
