About The Role
We are looking for a
driven and proactive Sales Development Executive (Outbound)
to join our team. You will focus on generating leads, qualifying opportunities, and setting meetings for our sales/leadership team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a "hunter" mentality who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone).
- Research and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within defined markets.
Qualification & Discovery
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and priorities.
- Qualify leads using BANT or other sales qualification frameworks.
Opportunity Creation
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings for the sales/leadership team
- Maintain consistent follow-up practices to nurture early-stage prospects.
Pipeline Management
- Accurately log all activities, interactions, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Keep a clean, organized, and up-to-date pipeline for accurate forecasting.
Partnership Negotiation & Closing
- Assist with the end-to-end negotiation process for Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely deal closure.
Market Intelligence
- Gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams for continuous improvement.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years in outbound sales, BDR, BDE, or similar role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital solutions preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident engagement with prospects and strong relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, resilient, goal-oriented, with a "hunter" mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
