We are recruiting for one of our clients, a multinational advisory firm specializing in global citizenship and residency programs.

Processing Executive

Job Purpose:

The Processing Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the processing of client applications for various citizenship or residency programs. This position involves handling administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing professional support to clients throughout the application process.

Responsibilities:


• Communicate with clients professionally and in a timely manner via email and telephone correspondence.


• Guide clients on the requirements and procedures for the citizenship application process.


• Provide assistance and address inquiries related to the application process. Application Management:


• Receive, review, and verify client applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.


• Process and verify application forms and translated documents to detect and correct errors in translation.


• Audit client's documents, verifying data using standard reference sources.


• Issue "Revision feedback" on the reviewed documents received from clients.


• Complete citizenship application forms accurately.


• Compile client's files with all required information and documents.


• Maintain an updated report of client's file progress and follow up on updates weekly.


• Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information and documents.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree Graduates from English sections with 2-3 years of translation or document reviewing are preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and processing.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in using email and telephone correspondence for client communication

(Please also note that an assessment will be conducted for shortlisted candidates, it's a task/assignment of reviewing documents and point out the mistakes along with a business writing task, it will be done face-to-face , on our laptops and without any other digital devices in the room)

Work conditions:

Work Location :Sheikh Zayed

From 9:00am till 5:00pm
